Qualification Equipment

Space Requirements

  • A defined space to run the qualifications, located in the gym of the convention (same space used for other workshops)
  • A wall to display the qualification tricks list

Display Materials

  • Materials to hang the list (duct tape, stapler, rope, or clothes pins)
  • A large timer or clock, visible to jugglers for self-timing

Printed Materials

  • At least 3 copies of each qualification route
  • At least 1 results page per qualification route

Finals Equipment

Space Requirements

  • A designated gym area at least 12 meters long 10 meters wide
  • Space for audience seating (benches, floor mats, or tribunes)
  • A microphone and speakers for announcements and background music

Floor Markings

  • Clear floor markings to indicate trick phases
  • Use duct tape, rope, or lighting that is safe to stand/kneel on and clearly visible against the floor

Printed Materials

  • At least 20 copies of each route (assuming 8 finalists per route):
    • 1 per competitor
    • 1 per judge
    • 2 for the audience
    • 1 for the judge
    • 1 for the score/timekeeper
  • Two sets of large printed numbers (1–10 on A4), ideally laminated, to mark route phases for competitors and the audience
